Powwow Dancing

One of the ways we keep our culture alive is through music and dance.  I regularly attend powwows as much as I can.  When I am not at a powwow I travel, sometimes with others to do demonstrations of the powwow culture and stress the importance of its relation to the arts: the songs, the dance, the drum and the people.  We travel to schools, churches or special events to provide a solid and positive representation of the Native American People and their tradition.
